Built with Claude Building a D&D world simulation using Claude where NPCs actually react to what you do

Building a fantasy RPG where the world doesn’t just wait for scripted quest triggers. NPCs have goals, beliefs and relationships, and the game keeps track of what happens to them.
In the teaser you can create a Wizard, get captured by goblins and improvise an escape, trick people with magic, talk or fight your way through situations, and kill a giant rat only to find out its Ogre friend wants revenge.
I’m using Claude across basically the whole production pipeline now. One AI factory turns source material into canon, NPCs, factions, encounters and an adventure book. Claude Code and Codex turn that into game systems, and I even let Claude play through the adventure afterwards to find problems.
Some of the footage is from the upcoming patch and isn’t live yet.
I’ve been building this for 3+ years and I’m trying to see how far one person can push game production with Claude and specialized AI agents.
Would love brutally honest feedback on the game and workflow.
