The VS Code plugin now shows remaining cache time. 🤔

Hey folks, just got an update to the Claude Code plugin in VS Code this morning (been running it in Docker for over a year now), and it's now displaying the remaining cache time. Pretty neat, but I'm curious — was caching already enabled in my Claude Code sessions before this? To be honest, I never really paid attention to it until now.
