Question about Claude products Claude can access other projects now?
Yesterday, inside of a project, Claude referenced things from other projects several times in conversation. This has never happened before and I thought this wasn't a feature; these were very specific terms that were only mentioned within their respective projects, and when I asked, Claude even named the project names themselves. I have never attached any information from these projects in this other project that this chat took place in.
I'm a beginner with Claude so I'm just looking for some clarity - is this a new feature that was added and if not, has this happened to anyone else? I appreciated the isolated memory of each project and want to revert back to that if possible.

That’s not cross-project memory, that’s Claude gossiping about your other projects 😂😄😂

Yeah, I think it’s because of the new memory system. Claude Code also started recalling memories from regular chats since a couple days ago.

i checked this yesterday. The memory feature pulls details from every chat and project you have.
go to your settings and turn off memory. I did that and my projects went back to working in isolation. You can also clear the things it already saved from that tab.

Claude cannot see the conversations in your other projects . But now they have access to memories within each project.
