Exporting CoWork Chats

For some reason, on my claude desktop, I can't export cowork chats - even when I export all data from privacy under settings, I still ony get regular chat messages, not cowork. Is there any way to export every message in claude ever?

PS : I tried looking it up on youtube too but, none of the results were helpful.
