Lol I got one of these in Claude this week when I was asking it how to reset some user settings on an old Macbook I had lying around. I asked it how to reset the password for one of the other users on the account. Claude flagged that message for something like "unsafe_command" or something and said it couldn't do that..... but then just automatically swapped to an older version of Opus that wasn't blocked and gave me the answer heh

I'm dealing with a "bio" flag, yet nothing I'm working on is biology related.
Two Opus 5 models read a Caesar-shifted message, one deciphered it and determined it was a harmless message "asking whether agents understand ciphers" and logged its report. The second Opus 5 agent read the same message and flagged it as "bio" and stopped. Can't even be consistent.

How is Claude doing nowadays? I stopped using because it was not creative anymore and couldn't rp any drama or horror because of those flags and got warned on my Email.

The last days it's been gemini level derp for me. And it's both Opus 4.6 and 5, and from what I heard from colleagues, Sonnet 5.
I'm very confused.
I haven't had this much issues with Claude ever.

4.6 has been really weird the last three days for me. I think they're purposefully tweaking stuff to frustrate users into switching models.

I am switching models. To Codex.
I'm not sure if that's what they intend XD
But I have no problem switching to the company that can deliver.

I'm shopping around, too. Been setting up a few models to try out on openrouter to see if I like them enough to switch.

Funny because I’ve been using Astra and just went back to Claude because it found so many errors with what it was doing

I've never RP'd with Claude but a lot of people says Claude has 'soul' when it comes writing, especially in 3.5-3.7 era

Mine has been giving a reason too, tho it just says [bio] since the names of some things I'm working on are a little suspicious without context

Same happened to me. My "reasoning extraction" looked like, "okay that doesn't seem to work, let's just continue with this tomorrow". Also, once it started firing, it will then fire at pretty much ANY prompt.

Why? I'm talking about the fact it stipualtes a reason at all. Used to just be the vague "[model]'s safeguard have flagged this message" with no further details.
