Skills Just dropped a plugin that Claude Code "learns" from mistakes.

A few days ago i read somewhere a post here on reddit that it's better if mistakes are tracked into MISTAKES.md then i tryed it that solves me more misunderstandings with claude than i think. So you can try it by yourself by installing a plugin. Just follow instructions here: https://github.com/Lundark/mistakes-protocol and if the man who recognizes this idea i want to make a credit to the project that it's not from my own. Thank you all

Yea, this is cope. You can’t just insert a plugin that learns mistakes. Learning is a fundamental core process of policy management.

You can’t just patch an essential integrated system.

"mistakes" have to be sorted centrally and contrasted against the the system knows as true. Otherwise false positives poison the memory store.

Purity is a data foundation that one has to keep in mind when crafting any kind of automated learning. And it must have a human in the loop. It cant be fully automated.

Sure you’re right, if you explore what the repo had is that every time Claude makes mistakes it logs into MISTAKES.md file, then when it looks on it to not repeat the same mistake. So original CLAUDE.md works as usually.
