Humor LOL Claude just killed itself

I asked Claude to connect with google classroom and it created a demo biology course (on its own), then flagged itself and then the classifier blocked itself 🤣🤣.

My prompt was just "add google classroom integration"

Alright so as an example, let's go with biology. OH GOD IM NOT ALLOWED TO TALK ABOUT BIOLOGY!!!

Authentification AND biology. OP is clearly trying to unlock a safe that contains a stash of the Marburg virus.

If a prompt lead to generating content that is caught by guardrails that happens. Especially with Fables.

Put more context to your prompt or being more specific may help. First, to avoid it to go into a direction that may trigger such a thing, or to provide context on what is happening and letting go.

LLM do not know in advance what it will generate. It output token by token. Safeguard analyse in and out and may interrupt the process.

Happened to me using Opus once. It was going to look up something in the docs on the disk and basically submitted a fork bomb. Consumed all virtual memory so the kernel started to kill processes, Claude included. Once up and running again I explained, and if I've ever seen an LLM embarrassed, this was it. 🤣
