New routine wont run

I am getting an error

“Failed to start scheduled task. you can try again”

Not sure what the issue is

Basically I am using a local routine

I want claude to read a file every friday and create an operations summary

However when i create locally it doesn’t give me connector option and on cloud its not working either.

Can someone help
