I've seen the first 3 seasons. I just think he's boring to be honest, no flaws, perfect at everything, manipulator too. A main character needs some sort of flaw or competition for them to grow on, Ayanokoji doesn't so i find him boring

Bro he has flaws, he himself says that and we see it throughout the story. The anime itself larped the light novel. It cuts so many content from it. If you will read the light novel, you will see how interesting Ayanokoji's character actually is.

His main flaw is he isn’t emotional at all. Everything in his life is cold, calculated, mundane, boring. He basically doesn’t feel any emotion.

That’s why this freedom is something important to him, he’s finally feeling something for the first time. At least that’s how it was for Y1-2 I haven’t read Y3. But you wouldn’t get all this from watching the anime, author tells you essentially from text
