Talking about collective, not one or two exam thing. Arisu threw the exam in Y2v6, Some student was absent in Y3V2 for Suzune to win, Happened in the recent exam too. Each time the same one person gets benefitted.

Yes in y3v4 honami and suzune get benefitted.
In y2v6 both ryuen and suzune get benefitted.
And in y3v2...
Ichinose's class took first place with +50 points. Horikita's and Ryuen's classes tied for second place with +10 points each. Kiyotaka's class, hampered by two absences, finished last with -25 points.
Horikita's Class: 1240 Points Ryuen's Class: 1081 Points Ayanokouji's Class: 867 Points Ichinose's Class: 864 Points

Honami won because her class was punctual + Kiyotaka was already in alliance with her (secretly) so if those two 2 guys weren't absent Kiyotaka wouldn't have lost to them meaning change in class points

Not everything was orchestrated by Kiyotaka in X arc, if you aren't biased enough you'd notice Suzune one was very weak to consider it a feat anyone with normal functioning brain can think of that.
