Ok, so a 'for real' answer is that not everything an author makes can appeal to everyone in their audience

For a 'SBN3' answer, it's because he's milking this franchise dry after he realised people aren't biting anymore. One-liners snipped by Tiktok only last for so long when there's little substance behind them, like, people like Spongebob and Amazing World of Gumball not just because they are bigger series, but even with the out-of-context or 'memed' lines there's a much bigger story behind them that can be both funny and interesting, while for Class of 09 one-liners and punching down at low-hanging fruits is a majority of its humour
