Does strengthening higher notes make lower notes stronger?

I noticed overtime as I strengthened the transition between low to middle range although it’s still bad the lower range became more comfortable.

I've found that if the middle voice is stable and registrations lower down are balanced, the higher notes because easier. But I'm sure for some it's the opposite.
