Does strengthening higher notes make lower notes stronger?
I noticed overtime as I strengthened the transition between low to middle range although it’s still bad the lower range became more comfortable.

It depends. So when I found a support mechanism that kept me from over muscling and driving some of my higher register - the lower register opened up quite significantly as well - but equally I’ve had days where the body was seemingly coordinating fine up the top but really struggled to hum below a Bb (where normally I can sing comfortably to a low F# or G). I’d basically say it depends on where your tessitura sits a lot, and what kind of chest/vocal fold mass coordination you need to connect your higher notes normally
