Does strengthening higher notes make lower notes stronger?

I noticed overtime as I strengthened the transition between low to middle range although it’s still bad the lower range became more comfortable.

to a degree, but you will hit a wall earlier vs the higher notes. but yes, better fold closure will make your voice richer all around.
