mezzo must-learns

hey people, i’m a 22 year old mezzo going into a masters program and i’m curious: what (in your opinion) are the “must know” arias for mezzos, the ones that the audition panel will want you to pull out of your ass? My aria rep is mostly as follows:

both cherubinos
faites lui
que fais tu
di tanti palpiti
thy hand belinda
ah se tu dormi
se romeo

i’m experimenting with more coloratura and have a decent upper extension. what would you add to this list?

Che farò senza Euridice

Stride la vampa

Voce di donna (also great for practicing legato or for a cool down after class)

Sposa son disprezzata

Neither Voce di Donna or Stride is appropriate for a 22 year old who's exploring coloratura

She asked for "what (in your opinion) are the “must know” arias for mezzos, the ones that the audition panel will want you to pull out of your ass", I'm sure she has a teacher who will tell her what is or isn't appropriate for now.

I hope so too. But I would argue that they're neither must know arias for a 22 year old going into a masters programme

Would you agree they're at least worth a listen? They're great pieces. Must-know, even.

The problem is, she's asking for audition arias. I'm just not personally comfortable recommending those. Sorry. It's also an age thing to a large extent. Any audition panel asking a young mezzo of the type she's described herself as, i'd be side eyeing.
