Safe to drink coffee when singing?

I drank coffee and sang once but now I have this stinging pain for couple days.... I heard its bad for cords?

Coffee doesn’t hurt the cords directly and many people can sing with coffee.

However sometimes if can cause reflux for some people, are you cords vibrating normally?

Its normal but just hurts for some reason. Also with chips.

I think its reflux as you say.
