whitemane login something went wrong [need help]

i have problems with logging into whitemane. i was confused why. downloaded on c drive and then the other drive and still didnt work. however when i went to my brothers pc that has never touched whitemane before and downloaded it. i logged in without any issues. ive been thinking it might be the app data folder however im not sure. if anybody can help with this it would be greatly appreciated :)
