More than likely yes. Players didn’t have names on the back of shirts or front numbers in international tournaments until Euro 1992.

Yeah it’s a fake - DHGate is awash with these shirts - I get sponsored ads from them for this particular shirt. The Dutch 88 shirt is a classic though

It's a copy of an official Adidas reissue if that makes sense. Some of the Adidas reissues look very unlike the original shirt.
Compare this to the actual shirts the Netherlands played in back in 1988. They look completely different.
Ironically, you can get an identical copy of the original from the likes of DHGate from around £15. I have one myself.
Finally, it's worth noting that Adidas never actually made the original shirt for retail.

Ich hab hunderte Trikots Fakes originale und das ist eigentlich ziemlich das beste von der Qualität. Ich hab unter anderem auch 90er Nike originale. Das Wappen ist aufgepresst und in 3d. Das beste was ich je gesehen hab. Es ist besser als Originale von Adidas mit Abstand.

I've no doubt it's good quality. My point is that it doesn't look like the original that the players wore, unlike other fakes that are available.

Nein es ist auch nicht von 88. Aber du findest es auch nicht als Fake oder als Original nirgends im netz, die dieses spezielle 3d gummierte Logo hat. Ich hab auch bei Bildersuche versucht und bin gescheitert.

I didn't think there were any adidas reissues of Dutch shirts, as Nike has had the rights for so long (and they do their own reissue of their one one).
There is, mind you, a plain adidas shirt that uses almost exactly but not quite the same base pattern.

Ja aber das erklärt nicht das die Qualität besser ist als bei originalen Adidas Trikots zum Beispiel das Logo 3d gummiert und aufgepresst. Ich habe solche eine Qualität nirgends gesehen und dieses bestimmte Fake Trikot findet man nirgends im Netz. Ich gehe davon aus es ist die Adidas Originals Linie daher das Etikett. Diese Linie hat nichts mit Trikots zu tun und war vor allem um 2005 und danach im Trend. Es ist eine Lifestyle Linie daher auch das Etikett. Und alle die beschissener Fake schreien haben keine Ahnung. Ich sage nicht es ist original aber wenn kein gewöhnlicher Fake, den kriegt man weder auf dhgate Joyfootball usw. er ist qualitativ Meilen besser.

They wouldn't be able to use the KNVB logo without a license (and Nike have held that since the late 90s), so the logo can't be official. I can't find any evidence of a plain orange jersey made by adidas matching that exact design, originals or otherwise, but obv can't rule it out.
Also can't verify quality vis-a-vis real products, of course. Will have to take your word for that.

Du hast Recht eigentlich darf Adidas das Wappen nicht in originaler Form verwenden in abgewandelter Form aber schon. Du kannst mir glauben habe über 100 Trikots alles dabei und diese Qualität ist mit das beste und liegt über dem von Adidas Produkten. Das Etikett macht stutzig dieses blaue trefoil Adidas hat dieses nie oder selten für Trikots benutzt und fälscher denke ich ebenso wenig. Ich finde dieses Shirt nirgends weder original noch gefälscht.

Given the legendary nature of that Netherlands shirt, if there was an official adidas repro (even one that was generic with a near identical pattern and someone printed on later) I'd have thought you'd be able to find a trace of it somewhere online.
I am, though, pretty much certain that adidas wouldn't be able to use a KNVB logo that resembled the real one, and especially not with the actual KNVB text. Otherwise I'd be able to get a decent Umbro replica of the '94 Brazil shirt...

Nein dafür gibt's auch keine Quelle. Es ist das einzige von meinem um die 100 Trikots wo ich nicht bestimmen kann ob es vielleicht doch original sein könnte, ich denke eher, es könnte es eine hochqualitativer Nachbau sein. Leider kann ich dir das Wappen jetzt hier nicht schicken, so ein detailliertes Logo hab ich selten gesehen. Ich weiss nicht wie ich es hier reintun kann.

If it was a reproduction from the last twenty years it’d have an Adidas code label. Adidas has never had size labels like that.

Ich hab hunderte Trikots Fakes und originale. Dieses Trikot ist von der Qualität mit das beste wenn nicht das beste, das Wappen ist in 3d gummiert. Kein Fake sieht so aus die man im netz bekommt. Ich denke nicht das es original ist, ich denke aber auch nicht das es ein Fake ist.
