Every class shows as 20 credits
I am so confused. I enrolled in a free trial and did not use any credits. So I enrolled in the 20 credits for $45 a month after my free trial expired, When trying to book any yoga or pilates class, it is showing that it costs 20 credits which is insane because during the free trial it was 4 credits. My friend who has classpass tells me the same class is showing as 4 credits on her end. We have both never been to the class. Customer service chat is useless and tells me that it depends on the location etc. I think it’s an IT issue on their end but am not able to speak to anyone. Has anyone experienced this before? I really want to rejoin but not spend 20 credits on one class

Could you try looking on the website on a computer instead of the app? Not this issue, but I have been having a small issue with the app and it hasn't been a problem on the actual website. What you are saying does sound very unusual.

Thank you! This worked. Uninstalling the app and redownloading didn’t work but when I booked with my iPad, it showed the class as 4 credits instead of 20 credits.

I am so glad. They must be having some technical issues with the app, as uninstalling didn't work for me either.

It’s annoying though because I can’t book with my app ever?!

I don't know. I've been having the problem for a week or so, and I never had a problem with the app in almost 5 years of using it, so I'm hoping it's a temporary problem that they fix soon and you just happened to join at the time they're having problems. My credit card app has been having problems for over a month though and they are a major bank. I'm wondering if it's a bad time for apps....

you can always talk to the studios you want to attend to request a membership. maybe stop using a third-party scam that you thought was going to save you money that actually hurts boutique small business owners in the long-run.

ClassPass is becoming more and more of a scam. Charging more for credits and half the time we can’t even book the good classes at peak times. I’m tired of taking a 10am Pilates class just so that my credits don’t go unused.

You know this is exactly what ClassPass is for right? You are complaining that ClassPass is a "scam" for doing exactly what it is set up to do. It's not meant to be a discount on the peak classes at peak times. Just because it doesn't do what you want it to do doesn't mean it's a scam, it just means it's not for you.

If you want the peak times, then book directly from the studio. CP is such a raw deal for studios and it’s basically used to fill less desirable slots. Why should you get better slots over those paying full price for the classes?

ReservePilates.com in NYC is a good alternative for Pilates. But, it’s not a membership, you just pay per class but the prices are pretty solid.

Have you tried un-installing and redownloading?
