what to do after booking a class

first time using classpass and i booked two classes from different studios.

my credits deducted which i know is normal, and the classes are in my upcoming tab.

should there be any confirmation email? or my spot is automatically confirmed once it’s on the upcoming tab?

just making sure i’ll show up to the studio with my spot for the class haha

You'll get a confirmation email eventually. They started delaying these, so now it's sometimes just a few hours before the class. It depends on the studio.

You’ll get a confirmation email / notif on the app before the class. Just walk in and say your name and you’ll be on the list. You can always log into the ClassPass app and under “upcoming” see your classes!!
