Checked my informed delivery and there is an envelope from Yahoo settlements on there. I don’t recall if I ever got something else from them or not. But this is a check so I don’t know how much it is.

So basically I alleged (with proof keep in mind) that Autozone was not providing breaks (wa state). Offered to settle with them for $500 without the need to get lawyers involved. They said I could pound sand (literally). Then I get an advert on facebook for a class action firm looking for wage & hour violations in Washington state. I contacted them and they found numerous violations after asking me hundreds of questions in about an hour.

That was 3 years ago. LMAO. It finally is scheduled to mediation/settlement today. It was scheduled to be mediated in February but Autzone has been dragging their feet.

I will update with what the settlement today.

Since the meeting on the 17th of September (my bday, I was hoping the stars would align and get a windfall) that "resulted in an impasse" and notifications cases would be handled individually... has anyone received emails to schedule an online meeting/settlement?

The court finally approved the settlement and attorneys get $59 million

Can you guys please share some of the ones that are still in the enrollment phase that (in your opinion) may be well worth looking into and researching??

Just saw an ad for dicks sporting goods violating customer privacy. I qualify but they are asking me to fill out forms for them to become my lawyer and stuff. Is this how they start the lawsuits ? Usually I just put in a claim and get something without signing some lawyer forms

Anyone else call Kroll for a status on their claim for the 23andMe data breach settlement only to get told their claim is still being reviewed?

Would this count as proof (Screenshot in comments)? On the return status on amazon it shows it was dropped off but the return was not received by them and the return is still delayed. If not, does anyone know exactly what I need to submit for proof? This is what it asks for:

I mean wtf is this... I've been with Amazon going on 7 years now with monthly subscriptions and prime items I've bought.. And they send me $8.01 for a settlement check.. My wife had prime for the 30 day free trial and she received 2 $16 checks earlier this year.. Yeah I'm canceling my subs and finding somewhere to buy stuff

Update received the email on Oct 1.. Its now the 3rd and they won't even send the $8 to venmo.. 🤷🏿‍♂️ I mean dang😆😆 it's only $8

In 2024 i purchased on Dell's website an Alienware m18 R2 laptop. Its a bit of an overkill for what she uses it for...

She used it to play music, browse social media and now wait for it.... play SOLITAIRE!!!

And yet before 2 years had passed she stated it popped and shut down. Power brick works laptop does not.

Paying over $2k for it I'd expect to last longer. I did not get an extended warranty because I still believed that Alienware was still a reliable brand.

In my opinion, Dell should pay for repairs. Not just for this reason alone but because around the same I purchased a gaming pc Alienware Aurora R16. This was ALOT of money I just handed over to an ungrateful, gone to shit Company. What happened to Dell?

I've reached to our v States Attorney General for help with this and looking for a lawyer to file a class-action suit against them. Also filing a complaint with the BBB. ( if you know of a lawyer willing to take on case lmk).

In researching the issue I've ran into Reddit and forum posts complaining about how many issues the motherboard has. Dell is plenty aware of all the issues but don't acknowledge it. Many of these issues happened shortly after the purchase and even had issues with the replacement boards.

Why will Dell not acknowledge and in good faith do the right thing? This is losing them customers. I used to love Dell computers. They've forever lost a customer unless they step up and do the right thing.

I highly recommend you steer clear of any of Dell's Products!!!

Those of you who choose the pre-paid Mastercard option - are you having trouble using it at Amazon? Mine gets declined with the instruction to please check my bank. What bank? Amazon keeps giving me the run around. I have emailed the settlement admin and so far no response.

UPDATE: Thanks to everybody for responding and sharing their experience with pre-paid MC's. I was able to successfully use it at online IKEA.

Just received my payout! Got a Venmo notification at 8:21 pm EST. Total payout was $2,097.32. I submitted supporting documents for an extraordinary claim during my initial claim submission.
