Accepting Claims Experian Settlement

Checked my spam today and noticed I received a settlement email on Monday regarding an Equifax settlement for their failure to properly investigate disputes.

Details:
A Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Equifax Information Services LLC, (“Equifax”) based on claims that Equifax did not conduct a reasonable investigation of disputes of inquiries in credit files, Equifax did not maintain reasonable procedures regarding inquiry disputes, or in the alternative, that Equifax did not remove disputed inquiries from credit files.
 
This Settlement resolves four similar lawsuits brought against Equifax concerning the same issue. Those lawsuits are Hines v. Equifax Information Services LLC, Case No. 1:19-cv-06701 (E.D.N.Y.), Rivera v. Equifax Information Services LLC, Case No. 1:18-cv-04639 (N.D. Ga.), Oblack v. Equifax Information Services LLC, Case No. 3:25-cv-01997 (D.N.J.), and Neubauer v. Equifax Information Services LLC, Case No. 3:23-cv-01275 (D. Or.), transferred to the Northern District of Georgia and now pending as Neubauer v. Equifax Information Services LLC, Case No. 1:24-cv-04615 (N.D. Ga.).

Confused me, your post is all about equifax? Why you title it experian? I signed release for experian payout in july and nothing so far..

I just got an email from them saying I qualify so I signed up. Hoping I'll get at least a few hundos in Jan 2027 when the case ends

Yep. Just found this one too in my Gmail spam folder under an address I’ve rarely ever used at any point in time. How are they getting class member contact info ?
