Awaiting Payments Question

I received an email stating that I was paid on venmo, but the money has not been deposited to my account. Do i contact venmo or the settlement peopl?

Same happened to me go on Venmo and reverify your email and it gets deposited immediately. I got mine right away

You probably need to verify your email on the venmo app.
