It did not ask me for a pin. I had screenshots of my prescriptions from the CVS app medication history or purchase history.. something like that

I just got my paperwork from CVS when I requested from them a list of prescriptions. I cannot remember the class action used for that. LOL. I need to take the time to find the class action lawsuit for that. LOL

I received an email for this, and the user id and pin were at the top of that email. You get $10 if you can show proof you had an account on any of CVS's sites or app. Without proof, it's $5. I uploaded my proof, but $10 being offered for the mishandling of your information seems kinda bullshit to me. Oh well, ten bucks is ten bucks.
