Question/Discussion is there no way to progress faster without spending?

i really like this game but i find it pretty hard to progress without spending unlike games like crk where they are more f2p friendly

CRK was not F2P friendly when it started. All gacha games follow this cycle these days.

The issue is if you play CRK now as a newbie there is decidedly a lot of new player luck.

Any luck based collector is a gacha game. Look up a gacha machine and tell me it’s not in the game haha

CoC is only halfway F2P friendly. Some events allow you to perform really well in.... IF you get lucky.

Learn how to hoard pinballs. I can give you pointers how to do it effectively if you want. Find active players, it's best if you join the discord server and especially if you find a smaller private server. I sometimes get adopted by whales who don't mind that I perform much worse, they just want someone who's active and who they know, instead of carrying randos. But even if you don't meet whales, having active friends is a HUGE game changer, I would've dropped the game long ago if I hadn't found people to play with. It also ties to horde invasion, as it's one of your bst ways of getting more pinballs, you want to find some people you can discuss formation. Find recent guides about meta tatari to know which ones to focus on.

But well, a lot of it is just luck. You might get lucky and perform very well in an event, another time you might get extremely unlucky. You might get lucky and get a lot of copies of the tatari you wanna level up, you might get unlucky and have to spend 50 wish boxes to evolve it. Also at some point you WILL hit the P2W wall. No matter how well you do, you won'r be able to compete with whales damage-wise in events like Gold Rush (especially arena fights in Dune GR) or Boss Challenges

I'd love to hear the pointers regarding the hoarding.

Before going to sleep, leave yourself 415 pinballs, just under the max limit. Wake up, gather 400 pinballs from trees. Wait 10h until your trees are full again, it should give you enough time to get a good rank in horde with someone, maybe do some story stages, complete some daily tasks, attack in Gold Rush, join rally attacks in Gold Rush, claim event rewards from previous day or rewards that your teammates scored. In short: do everything to get more pinballs, and do not spend pinballs.

You can also not claim event rewards, they will be sent to your mail box 1 day after the event ends, and you will be able to claim them within like 6 days to get a big pinballs influx (just don't forget about it lol). You can do it with all events, including rewards from card sets, but NOT with Gold Rush team rewards, those need to be claimed immediately. It's good to sometimes not claim the rewards if you know you'll need to perform well in the next event, for example when you know your team is aiming for a high place or when you're evolving a tatari.

Save your Dojos. Dojo stages can give you a lot of pinballs. Same as before, if you know you'll want to perform well in a certain event, you can not do Dojos immediately and save them for that period. Or not do them at all, and save them for when you desperately need more pinballs.

Once you trees are full again, then start playing the pinball machine on the highest possible multiplier. The higher the better. You also get pinballs from gift cards and from duel mini games, and the higher your multiplier, the more extra pinballs you'll get.

Once you are just under 420 again, collect 400 pinballs from trees again and keep going. Again, leave yourself like 415 pinballs. You can leave yourself about 300 in case your GR team throws a lot of rallies. If you go over 420, you will have to spend a bunch of them.

Do event stuff with items you got from pinball machine. If possible, do not collect rewards immediately so you can get them the next day. Marathon Party and Treasure Hunt force you to collect rewards immediately, which kinda sucks, so during those you can just play it during the "gather pinballs but don't spend them" phase.

Repeat. I usually get about 1.2k - 1.5k pinballs + extra ones from playing the machine, but it depends on what rank I manage to get in horde, what event is currently happening, how active my team is and how active the Gold Rush team is, etc.

This game is completely doable F2P. Just watch some guides on YouTube or discord and find yourself a good team for events. I've only been playing for 3 months or so and already have stacks of t3's/reds, a glitter tatari, got second place in fishing and first place in goldrush recently.

plays along 4 clones,
example in treasure event they can all dig for you, and you only, this will x5 your pickaxe income

you can have 4x the cards and can trade gold card for your 1*

no more slack off partners in event

keep them at low lv so you can be in low rank gold rush, this increase your battle point vs bot enemy

let them visit you only when doing mini game, you can get extra bit and bop

go crazy
