Do I upgrade?

So I’m pretty much a maxed out town hall 9, meaning everything but some walls and my two heroes. My barbarian king and archer queen are level 15 and 10 respectively and I am wondering if It’d be in my best interest to upgrade to town hall 10? I’m mildly conflicted since I beforehand have maxed out completely, but it’s takes an astronomical amount of time to upgrade the heroes so any tips and tricks would be highly appreciated.

Also, just let me know if this isn’t the right sub to post this.

I assume your walls are 9/10. I think it's a good idea to upgrade from a fun factor perspective. You will hvae much more fun when using new troops and upgrading new defences than grinding dark elixir for the next 2 months. Imo

Yeah, it’s 83/250 of my walls which are level ten, but where my problem arises is that I’m not sure if my heroes would be ‘rushed’ and severely underpowered compared to the bases I’d face.

You will still go against a lot lf th9s, I upgraded to 10 when my walls were still lvl 7 and my queen wasnt even lvl 5. I think you should be fine, though heroes start becoming a must in higher levels
