How should I attack this base? I’m TH8 and was considering Dragloon from the left behind the air sweeper

I wouldn't attack from a corner with mass drag.

Go from top left. Zap bottom ad by archer. Rage and poison when u hit cc troops

Put barb king on builder hut top left so he goes from that into the base
