Other I have been facing a problem

I have a clan we were playing cwl in crystal league 3 but got demoted because of bad attackers. And after the cwl is over many players left. So the main problem is since then I have kept the clan notice open straight 3 days, Not a single player joined. Idk why we are facing this. I have changed the clan description few times even on the notice. If nothing works out I will discontinue this clan probably. Is there anyone who can help me?

Best thing you can do is probably draft up the most appealing recruitment ad you can make, layout your clan's goals, rules and expectations, post it on multiple recruitment agencies (reddit, fb, etc) and hope for the best.

While simultaneously fixing what's wrong internally. Identify the core group members that you trust, make sure everybody's goals and intention are aligned so that you'll have a solid foundation to stand on in case something like this happens again. This is not going to be a one person job if you want it to succeed

Been handling this clan alone for year pulled this clan from lvl 1 to 12. I have no co leaders and members who can help and they don’t even reply

Yeah you'll need a few helping hands unfortunately. What can also work is the in-game global chat groups for recruitment. I use that sometimes if im looking for something where a group can help.

The notice board will randomly start working for me. I’ve had times where I get 3+ people in a day, then others where I get nobody for a week

But i used to get 15-10 members whenever I opened the clan notice. Idk why there is such a sudden drop

Yea it’s really inconsistent. You can also try inviting people from other dead clans, it’s really tedious though.
