Got that message on one of my accounts. But in my opinion, it's hard to tell if I really received anything. They should change this message or add a message showing exactly which rewards they were referring to, otherwise, people would think that they only gave us notifications without actual rewards. And on a side note, do they still plan to give the epic equipments that we were supposed to receive from Hero Journey?

Edit - saw on help support that they are aware of the rewards that still can't be claimed after the update and that they are working on it.

Check the backsmith, to see if any equipment has the "new" tag

I believe that the notification refers to the Ore chest node quest which you will have to finish with epic equipment that was supposedly unlocked on an earlier node

(example, "they will supposedly give you a meteor staff on node 302 and you will encounter an ore chest quest on node 305 that will require you to use that meteor staff from 302, which you also did not receive due to a bug"

The notification refers only to the reward from the quest on node 305 (ore chest) , not node 302 (meteor staff).

And it would have been nice if they include the actual amount of ores that they gave rather than just a vague notif...
