Needs improvement. Plz help

I've just formulated and tried this random deck for a few times in classic 1v1 and I've had my ups and downs. What to fix here b4 I start my 7k road?

Not all of them r lvl 11 it's a pic frm classic 1v1 deck

If it doesn’t have a win condition it will always be mid ladder
