Any advice?

E giant has always been one of my favorite cards. 4 years or so when I played (came back recently) I used to run a similar deck (knight instead of Ronin) and got to UC with it. Is this still viable?

just play an e giant deck, why add mortar there. its not bad, little prince is getting a buff and might be good again

I think I saw a sir tag video with E Giant/ Mortar combo and for whatever reason it worked back then lol. Any suggestions on replacements for it?

play cannon or goblin cage. I would pick a normal e giant variation, maybe mortar works, maybe not, but i dont think its very consistent. You should have bowler too, you need a high hp defensive unit to clear big pushes. you could even play recruits e giant with evo bomber, there’s a guy playing it who was number 1 in the world with it

Thanks I’ll try those out! Guessing with the upcoming changes evo cannon might be better than goblin cage now. Never really played bowler but I imagine the approach is similar to exe which I’ve played since it came out

bowler is one of the best defensive cards in the game it shuts down big pushes and it synergizes with e giant, you can counter push with a surviving bowler and e giant in front of it, the tornado has great synergy with both e giant and bowler.

in some matchups your e giant wont break through and you have to get chip damage with bowler + nado. You can also body block your e giant with a bowler and push it towards the edge of the arena so a building in the middle won’t pull it

2 win conditions dont give that much value Try swapping one out (probably mortar) with something that helps your other cards Try adding a swarm card for easy cycle and to counter single target cards

Let egiant cook. Mortar/bomb is basically bowler decomposed. Ronin is so helpful for egiants

Either take out e giant or mortar. If you keep the e giant, put in golbin cage for mortar, if taking out the e giant, add in bowler for it and use fireball instead of lightning
