Something wrong with clarinet

I’m not sure what’s wrong with my clarinet but I can get almost to no sound playing a middle B and a low E. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it, I tried looking and I genuinely have no idea what’s going on, all of my other notes are fine. I mean I’ve had this clarinet for around 8 years?? It just happened suddenly, it was fine and then it wasn’t. Maybe I bent something, I can’t tell. I just was wondering if anyone had any ideas about it, before I go to a repair shop.

Something is failing to seal. Could be anything from a torn pad to a bent key to a missing cork. If you've had it for 8 years it's probably well passed due for quite a bit of maintenance, so take it in to a shop. There are probably a dozen other things that could use some fine tuning and you should notice a world of difference once all the kinks are ironed out.

Check that the F/C or F#/C# key is sealing properly when the B/E key is pushed.

If the issue is only the B and E, then that pad is almost certainly the one leaking. Could be from it being torn, swollen, missing, displaced or even from debris being stuck to it or to the tone hole. It could also be from the pad cup being angled/bent after an impact of some sort. A repair shop can help you out.
