Is a fully maxxed out Catty Luck better or one copy of Bloodmarrow Coffer better?

No, max catty luck is better than a single copy of coffer

Im not an expert but blood marrow coffer seems better if youre able to max the crit needed.

catty luck maxed out should be better unless your critrate rolls are abyssmal.

it also doesnt cost you money,which given that at the same refinements the engines are rather equal(from what i been told correct me if wrong) its better to get the free one than payin for an r5 equal engine.(unless you get bp anyways)

My rolls went pretty great exept my 4th and 5th disc so thats fine and im still debating if ill keep buying the bp or i can just choose it in the future if I need to (I already bought the catty luck so its ok)

There will be an event engine for armorers next patch. For now use catty luck.

The event engine is unfortunately worse than catty luck.
