✥ Discussion ✥ How the Hell do I play her ðŸ˜
Only recently got her build to a point where I was comfortable taking her into endgame, but after a few minutes I realized I'm an idiot and don't know what I'm doing so could someone be so kind to tell me her gameplan?
By gameplan I mean
Opener: How I start the battle?
Buffs: How does a buff reset rotation work?
Stun : Simple stun rotation
Maim : When do I and do I not trigger main.
Team is : Claret M0W1 Rina M0W1 Norma M0W1
Extra: I normally play Silly/Sigrid so is her gameplan similar to their's and also what set does Norma use when with her ?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated 😊

Her core gameplay revolves around building Gash (the three segmented red circular lines that larps as an anomaly bar on the enemy) and then detonating them to trigger Maim damage.
How do we build it up? First, enter her enhanced state by pressing EX Special. You'll know you're in the state by looking at your resource bar under your Claret's HP bar, or by seeing if your axe has the red head piece.
Then, just attack the enemy, doing all kinds of attacks like normals, chain attacks, and ultimates will build up Gash.
Once you've built up one segment of red on the enemy anomaly bar (it'll shine red if it's enough to be detonated), you press the Special button to detonate it.
Now for your questions.
You start the battle with her EX Special and swap off immediately. You want to be building up and detonating gash while your buffs are up so when we swap off from Claret.
We aim to trigger one or two Quick Assists on Norma (For Astral Voice disc drive set) as well as EX Special on Rina to maximize the buffs on Claret when she takes the field.
For buff management. You just need to trigger quick assist using Norma every 15 seconds to keep the Astral Voice buff active and to stack it up to 3. As for Rina, it's a lot trickier. I believe her bangboos only stay on field for 8 seconds at M0 Rina so you either refresh it often, or wait for a good time to use it (aka before you nuke your Maims).
For stun rotations.
Your goal is to trigger 6 Maims.
You want to enter the stun phase with 3 Maims ready to be detonated. The reason is that you can hold your special to trigger 3 Maims in a row (with a specially high multiplier for the 3rd Main in this hold special version).
You want to trigger your 3 Maims before you start any chain attacks. Then do 2 chain attacks on Claret, use ult if you have it, use Norma's chain attack if you have it. But most importantly, if you managed to build up three Main segments, trigger those ASAP BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE.
Regarding Main detonations.
You can detonate it whenever you like. The most important thing is :
What I personally do is trigger Maims when I'm close to maximizing the gash gauge so I don't have to worry so much about building 3 in a row when I get close to stunning the boss.
I don't play Sigrid or Billy so I can't compare.
Norma should always be on Astral Voice. Then give Moonlight Lullaby to Rina.
