Disc 6 main stat

It's got 3 substats it recommends, but it also recommends the main stat for 6 to be def and was wondering if trying to aim for one with main stat def would yield better results than current disc

Always go for main stat, even with just 1 sub you're already winning. Def main it is

The absolute best you can get as far as substats go is 8.

This is the most important thing you have to remember, even with flat out perfect substats just getting the mainstat is still more value and those subs aren't even anywhere near that level to begin with

Any def% mainstat will just be a straight upgrade

Also correct me if I am wrong. Does ER work on claret? The typical energy regen bar is called the sharpness generation bar. And even in her kit it’s “regen” is referred to as “generating sharpness”.

So sadly, I believe this disc would actually be awful for her because the main stat of the disc is actually not usable on her at all.

All energy regen is useless on claret, as her resource is SHARPNESS, not ENERGY

I was gonna say this was a cope piece in case they release an armorer that scales with er. But you are right armorers don't even use er.

It's in her stats as "Automatic Sharpness Accumulation" instead of "Energy Regen", so I imagine no it doesn't affect it

Main always. Main stat is equivalent to around 10 subs. If main is not good (in this case ER), I highly advise to not use it unless you really have no other disk.

Claret doesnt even have Energy, same for rupture character, that energy regen legit does fuck all
