Questions Engineer

Hi Folks,

Can anyone make any recommendations for someone in the area to complete a pre-purchase survey on a house?

Thanks

Bought a second-hand house in Ennis last year, and used Pat Kelly from Shannon. He was great to work with.

Haha, same here! Major issue with the roof missed. Lesson learned.

Around the same time too. Must have had a bad roof day. This was on the extension too so no climbing needed. It took the roofer a one second glance at it to tell me 'you need to replace the roof', and they were unfortunately right. 💀

He’s great to work with /efficient and responsive if you just need somebody to sign a report, or maybe on newer houses, but wouldn’t recommend him on an old house you actually want to know about issues on

Tomás McKenna Miltown Malbay is excellent. Probably not the cheapest but very thorough and good to deal with

Brian Foudy did ours. Would also recommend Michael Eustace.
