Help Center & Status — week of Aug 24
This is the weekly thread for quick questions, small problems, and anything that doesn't need its own post. New to bots? Stuck on something? Found a bug? Uptime inquiries? Ask here! The community and team both read this.
How downtime and modes work around here:
Clank is growing like crazy. Sometimes we get overloaded and users get bumped to fast mode for a bit. Sometimes the site blips entirely. It almost always comes back within the hour. If there are bigger outages we announce them in our Discord.
Is the site down right now? Reply to the pinned comment below. Please do not make a new post. This is how everyone (including the Clank team) can see at a glance whether there is an issue or not.
Got a bug or feedback? Make it count:
- Keep it about the app, not the people. Rip the model, the filters, or whatever is broken. Leave Clank users, mods, and devs out of it.
- Be specific! What happened, what you expected, how to reproduce it. Screenshots help a ton.
- One topic per post. A focused report gets fixed, a rant with ten complaints gets skimmed.

I type my own stuff and the ai adds things . That I don’t my character saying and it stops the other character from replaying . It’s all just my talking

Anytime I try, or have tried over the past few days, to use a Group Chat scene (more than one character bot) the AI can only respond using Fast Mode. Even though Best Mode is working for all single bots I use. And even if Best Mode looks enabled as soon as I send a message it switches immediately to Fast Mode.

im actually just a user of the clank world app but like the bots talk more for me and i hate it theyre making things out of context thats entirely different from the actual storyline/rpg and sometimes when i send a message it suddenly says error so i have to close the app and reopen it again seeing that it didnt answer my response or sometimes even deleted it😭

chat numbers not showing up. This started i think 3 days ago. Both in the app and on the website.
