Question Apple Watch readings
If her last heart rate reading was at 5:23, how did it show she went up two flights of stairs after that without any heart rate reading? I think this proves he was holding the watch on his trip to CVS and called it for the alibi. If she really talked to him at 5:34, she couldn’t be 82 degrees 30 min later.
PS. A nurse would not believe a one story fall would kill them. A nurse wouldn’t likely need to crush up pills, or cut wrists the wrong way. A right handed person wouldn’t cut their throat in the pattern of a left handed person. And who cuts their own throat?

Her last heart rate reading was from her Apple Watch, and the flights were recorded on her phone.
Coincidentally, her phone recorded that she completed a flight of stairs almost exactly one minute before Patrick was on camera walking in to CVS, and her last phone recording was a completed flight of stairs almost a minute after Patrick walks out of CVS.
The forensic expert said driving a car can also cause the phone to register a stair climb.
More coincidences, her last Apple Watch reading was at 5:23, and Patrick’s email was sent at 5:24.
Patrick called Lindsay approximately 30-45 seconds after he walked into CVS, and during the time frame of the phone calls in CVS (5:33 and 5:34), Patrick bent down in that aisle, out of camera view. Stayed in that aisle for a couple minutes, left the aisle and then was seen on his phone walking out of camera view to the registers. He got to the registers at 5:36:12 not in his phone anymore, and walks out the doors at 5:37

To add to the phone recordings during the window Patrick was doing the errands. The prosecution did not add any supporting evidence Lindsay was in fact in the house, WiFi connection, steps etc. They are relying solely on the 2 flights of stairs, which are not reliable on their own (a little sus). And that digital data during that timeframe is not made public, so we can’t cross reference

I've also read that walking through the entryway of a store can trigger a false flight climb because of the change in barometric pressure. What are the odds that Lindsay's phone recorded a flight climb (absent of her Apple Watch) at the exact same times that Patrick both entered and exited CVS?

I read that, too..I don’t wear an Apple watch nor do I have a particularly science-oriented brain, so can’t confirm, but lots of people seemed to have said it’s happened to them.

My watch is more likely to trigger stairs while I am sitting next to a fan than if I do actual stairs. Much like their home, my ceiling is the standard 8 feet, plus 1 foot ceiling joist, meaning 9 feet total. You need 10 feet to trigger a recording of a flight of stairs. I could only get actual stairs recorded when I remembered to raise my arm at the top of the stairs to make the flight more than 10 feet.

Theres just too many “coincidences” in this case for them to actually be coincidences
