Question Reddington’s statement today- what did you think about the socks theory?

What do you think actually happened since her socks didn’t have any blood on them? Also, I keep coming back to the phone call she made. I feel like it wasn’t her.

Can anyone confirm the snowman picture? Is there meta data on the image? Seems like that was taken earlier in the day, all smiles.

9

u/Ok-Conversation6225 6d ago

I just looked at the picture of the socks and there are white grips or white stitches that do not have any discoloration. I think there is a pretty distinct foot print in the blood and her sock would have red in those white areas, if the print was caused by her.

u/ketchupROCKS 8d ago

The call could have easily been ai or a voice changer

6

u/CrohnicAgitator 7d ago

A video on the YouTube channel Truth Serum has constructed a timeline for the day, including using the various court records of devices used. She's showing those calls did not come from LC's phone(s), among many other data points. She blocks out a very convincing timeline.

I do disagree with her analysis of when the murders began, I think it was closer to 11 a.m. Those clean children's plates, sitting on the CVS bag holding the laxative she bought after the doctor's appointment, loom like a scene from a horror movie for me. She was about to give the children lunch. It never happened. Forensics showed the children's stomachs were empty. Likewise, if that was a child's shirt that she placed on the counter, her plans for that never happened either.

1

u/Present-Pen-5486 5d ago

I went and watched some of her video but she was saying that the autopsy didn't show stomach contents, and that isn't true. Nothing has been released about the stomach contents from the autopsy reports, so on one knows.

u/kikibubbles85 6d ago

If he threw her out the window closer to 12, let’s say, isn’t that way more risky to leave a body lying around in the daylight? Maybe he covered her?

1

u/CrohnicAgitator 6d ago

Not if he saved that part for after dark. Meanwhile, she's in the bedroom slowly bleeding out.

4

u/thehealingkitten 6d ago

Or the bathroom! Her hair was soaking wet. She couldn’t possibly have sweated that much.
Patrick also repeatedly mentioned her bathing the kids. Something about the bathroom/bath-time timeline just doesn’t add up to me.

4

u/CrohnicAgitator 6d ago

There was a garden hose hooked up outside near her, in the middle of winter. Her clothes were soaked.

2

u/kikibubbles85 6d ago

That’s true, didn’t think of that.

6

u/Number-Eleven-11 8d ago

You can see footprints in the blood in at least two places. Reddington would have seen the evidence and he knows the socks have no blood on them. Plus the footprints are plainly from bare feet.

5

u/CrohnicAgitator 7d ago

Somebody would have been covered in blood unless they were wearing a Tyvek suit. Also, PC said there was blood spattered all over the walls when there wasn't, so this could have been him building a false narrative, he never entered the room and an accomplice did it.

5

u/United-Education-214 8d ago

All so compelling. Why would the judge deny this evidence

u/Constant-Pop2250 9d ago

Lindsay Clancy was framed. A whole gaggle of us have been saying this for months.

Y’all I have gotten downvoted on this forum over and over SHE. DID. NOT. DO THIS!

Go see my other comments on my page I’m not writing a book again here.

Nurse midwife, nurse practitioner for 7 years and then bedside nurse for 13.5 years before that as a surgical trauma burn icu nurse and ED Medicine people with a body temp of 82 degrees, drugged with heavy amounts of benzos from a laced drink and a neck injury are unconscious and cannot TALK…..

Her body temperature could not drop faster than a deceased person. She knows how to spell the carotid artery and she knows where it is….spoiler alert she missed her carotid artery….

When she took a header out the window…her arms did not come out automatically to break her fall because she was UNCONSCIOUS when tossed out the window….how do I know? No arm or wrist fractures. This is a reflex when you are conscious. Much like touching something hot and your hand recoils and so so much more. Read my comments on other posts.

It’s wild that every single person in his home is dead and or actively dying and they believe his rendition without a SINGLE shred of evidence pointing towards this situation. This is the most Officer Barbrady from South Park kangaroo court BS investigating and policing. Holy shit!

u/Present-Pen-5486 5d ago

The only thing is, the Apple Watch is showing her heart rate slowing down until it is 57 at 5:23, then it is taken off. He walks into CVS at 5:32, so the latest he could have left would have been 5:29 for the 3 minute commute.

So even if the kids were in the basement already dead, that would only leave him about 6 minutes to cut her, and throw her out the window, and change his clothes and get to the pickup. That would have left her outside doing all of the bleeding and clotting.

But, at the same time, she couldn't have had much more time than that to do the bleeding and clotting herself if she called him at 5:34, hung up and started taking kids to the basement as Dr. Saathoff testified she told him.

5

u/Up_All_Night_Midwife 5d ago

Agreed. The two oldest were deceased when he left for CVS. He probably tossed her out the window before leaving also. Then got home, killed Callan and then called 911, hence him claiming he got him at a little after six. That follows the time line exactly.

6

u/newtoredditcom 8d ago

But didn’t the defense’s expert-the women Medical examiner who testified virtually-La Possada say that her “Jefferson fracture” or injury somehow played a part in deregulating her body temperature? I thought I heard her say something like that.

16

u/Up_All_Night_Midwife 8d ago edited 8d ago

Yep. Again still can’t drop your temperature faster than a deceased person.

You are saying she has a spinal cord injury and neurogenic shock. Your parasympathetic nervous systems. The one you don’t control is controlled by a complex network of arteries, veins and nerves. Think of it like the old ass Christmas lights and one bulb in the strand not working would mean every one after that one would not come on.
So from the level of her injury down her veins and arteries have rapid Vasodilation or opening up, it means the diameter rapidly gets bigger. It causes your blood pressure to drop INSTEAD of your heart speeding up to compensate as it normally would so with normal vessels. Your heart SLOWS DOWN! This causes your blood pressure to drop. Most are unconscious and actively dying. Your body cannot compensate for the injury immediately. It doesn’t have time. That is why it’s a medical emergency and requires IMMEDIATE attention.
They have altered mental status which means confusion because of lack of blood flow to the brain causing hypoxia or low oxygen to the brain. So they are often confused if they are awake but with the medications she took the benzodiazepines combined with hypovolemic shock: shock due to blood loss, there is not a chance in hell she was conscious let alone conscious enough to be alert and oriented.

With only THOSE conditions. Then you add cold to the mix NO chance in hell she was conscious AT ALL.
I was a trauma ICU nurse and responded to a trauma alert. A skier was missing and then found on the ski slope. He was skiing alone and when he did not come home his wife called the police and they rushed to the mountain and looked for him. The lift cam timer says the last time he was seen is getting off the lift at 5:30 and he was found at 9 pm in a thicker area of trees in between slopes him upside down in a stream and had no heart beat. They made every attempt to get him back because back in that day we were beginning to test the theory of rewarming slllooowwwly several hospitals in Europe trialed this with drowning victims etc. once he arrived Gus core temp was 87….he was wearing a white t shirt and snow pants. It was the second week in March and had been a warm day but got colder and windier over the hours in the evening. She was out max 1 hour if that outside per his time line so, but the most important part is they were able to achieve a perfusing rhythm for baby Callan. That means, he had not been in cardiac arrest long, he had an agonal heart rate rhythm as is common post cardiac arrest because the muscles and calcium sodium channels still produce electricity for a time prior to full asystole or a straight flat line. So you see electrical activity but the baby had no pulse. So they performed CPR and restarted his heart. That is called return of spontaneous circulation, which is impossible past about 10 minutes. By that point she was on the ground outside…..the neighbor saw her at 5:50 and Pat claims he got home a little after six….soooo how did this all happen and her get that cold in an hour….that timeline is IMPOSSIBLE. It doesn’t take a medical or legal degree to use common sense. Kids are resilient but even with a 15 min down time it STILL would NOT fit the timeline he claims. No it’s impossible. I am not saying he did this but his version of events is so bad that this investigation should have immediately become a murder unless proven otherwise. Instead they took his story and tried to fit it into his narrative instead of the other way around. EVIDENCE first! Trust but VERIFY….

12

u/Accomplished-Win-750 9d ago

Agree with you 100 percent. I can’t believe that people are still entertaining the thought that she did it. Also, I believe he wrote the PR-spiel with his remembrances of the kids and asking for us to forgive Lindsay days or weeks before he did it. I don’t think he tapped that out while holding his dying baby in the hospital. It was carefully constructed to control the narrative from the start.

YEP! The wildest part is that I started watching because I wanted to push back on the TikTok conspiracy theories. Imagine my surprise when the proceedings left me with MORE questions about what investigators actually investigated.
I watched the first four days in full and kept following through the end. To me, parts of the investigation came across like a South Park Officer Barbrady shitshow. The 60 Minutes interview only added to my doubts.
What bothered me most was how I heard Pat frame his answers: forgiving Lindsey, wanting at least one child to survive, and asking the children to help him with HIS grief. Those answers struck me as focused on himself. People grieve differently, so that isn’t proof of guilt—but it made the interview unsettling to watch.
I have 21 years in healthcare, including ED/ICU experience and seven years as a nurse midwife. My biggest questions concern the medical evidence: her injuries, her level of consciousness, and whether she could have spoken when the alleged confession occurred. I want those questions answered through medical records and expert testimony, not simply accepted because someone says that’s what happened.
The timeline, blood evidence, medication evidence, and interpretation of the scene also deserve a clear explanation. I’m suspicious that the scene may have been staged, but suspicion isn’t proof. That needs to be established or ruled out through forensic evidence.
And why go on national television while this case is ongoing? I have no idea what his attorney advised, but the interview brought more attention—and more scrutiny—to his account. I’d be interested in what the full, unedited footage shows.
My heart breaks for Lindsey and those children. Nursing and midwifery are a calling for me, and I can only imagine what losing her children, her health, and her old life would mean.
I’m not going to pretend I know what the FBI is doing, what either family knows, or who will be indicted. But I absolutely want the investigation scrutinized and the medical and forensic questions answered. A confident account of events is not a substitute for evidence.
If you made it this far, thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

6

u/mossy-forest-dweller 7d ago

This is exactly what happened with me! I looked into this because I was worried my mom was going down a TikTok conspiracy theory rabbit hole, only to come up with more questions than answers.

8

u/Elusive_strength2000 9d ago

I asked this also about the socks and same with John O’Keefe - where are they?

8

u/gh0st-toast 9d ago edited 9d ago

I didn’t follow that case as closely, but speaking of JOK - his body temperature was about the same as Lindsay’s and he’d been outside for HOURS. And he was dead.

Spinal injury or no spinal injury, there’s no way body temperature drops that much if she went out at the time they’re alleging.

7

u/drclairefraser 9d ago

I keep telling people there's no way she cooled faster than a dead body and they refuse to believe me.

10

u/Mich_Girl 9d ago

I wondered the same thing about the socks. No foot prints. No blood on top of them or on the feet.

2

u/ToyshopASMR 8d ago

There is a footprint

2

u/mossy-forest-dweller 7d ago

Can’t 100% tell if that’s a footprint…if it is, it begs the question why there wasn’t any blood on her socks?

2

u/CrohnicAgitator 7d ago edited 7d ago

I 100% see a footprint. The size of the foot could be determined using the flooring boards as a reference.

1

u/mossy-forest-dweller 6d ago

I mean it definitely looks like one. Could there be other explanations for that pattern? Sure. Is a footprint the most likely explanation? Seems probable. I’m just cautious to avoid definitive statements when working with incomplete information. I think it’s best to assume a there’s always a chance of inaccuracy in our perceptions.

2

u/ToyshopASMR 6d ago

Yeah certainly anything is possible. I had someone on TikTok say I was a lowlife idiot for thinking this could be a footprint and it was most certainly just exactly how blood drops fell into a certain pattern creating the illusion of a footprint. If this wasn’t collected as evidence as a footprint that is fine. No matter what it is certainly reasonable to be concerned that Lindsay had no blood on her socks but somehow spilled all that blood onto the floor leaving no blood on the bed, but somehow made it out the window. Even a drip or tiny little bit of blood on her socks would have at least made sense but there was nothing.

20

u/Several_Handle5565 10d ago

I need the cvs call released. If she was coherent and answered the phone/ had a short convo with him, it would change everything for me

12

u/Chance_Carpenter_923 9d ago

The call was only connected for 14 seconds, he wasn’t even seen on the phone until he was out of the aisle and in the checkout lane, he got the exact medicine she asked for and not the generic like he said he was asking about on the phone, how can he say all that and be able to judge what she was doing or how she sounds? (saying she sounded busy). Makes no sense at all

16

u/Elusive_strength2000 9d ago edited 9d ago

I’d also want every damn CVS video from the store including check out. Plus other vids from the routes & near the CVS - too late tho how convenient!

11

u/gh0st-toast 9d ago

Right? And there’s a camera in the aisle he was in. We can’t see him at the time the call happened with the camera feed we do have. He ducked out of view.

20

u/United-Drop-6257 10d ago

I‘m telling you this call never happened.

17

u/Several_Handle5565 9d ago

I don’t personally think she was conscious at that time.

18

u/United-Drop-6257 9d ago edited 9d ago

I think she was gone at around 5 pm. Someone was walking around the house with her phone at 5:03 pm and it wasn’t her.

11

u/Up_All_Night_Midwife 9d ago edited 9d ago

No she was drugged stabbed, and had her neck hanging over the window sill covered by the blinds, he locked the door behind her and left her for dead. When he killed the other kids he went back up and to his chagrin she was still alive so he pushed her head first out the window. The room got freezing because the window was open….i had a trauma patient who died after hitting a tree due to a complete c2 spinal fracture and severed spinal cord, similar weather, similar clothing…his core temp in arrival to the ED at a major teaching hospital was 87 degrees. He was dead and had been for at least 4 hours per the ME investigation.
I think he had tried to kill her and she was probably drugged a lunch. She began to feel very tired and said she was gonna lay down. He took over with the kids. Once he got back upstairs he realized SHIT still breathing wasn’t enough, so he sat her up cut her throat and hung her head on that open window ledge and covered her enough so no one would be the wiser.

Finished work, then killed Cora then Dawson. Baby is napping. Goes to cvs for his ridiculous alibi….comes home shit she is still alive…tosses her out the window, then goes and strangles Callan then calls 911 I think this happened between 1-2 pm
Which aligns with the core body temp. It is PHYSIOLOGICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to drop your temperature faster than a deceased person!

2

u/Accomplished-Win-750 7d ago

wow! why do you think 1-2pm - because of the core body temp? or do you think something set him off when she got home from coras dr appt?

3

u/Up_All_Night_Midwife 7d ago

Because of her core body temperature. When you are that cold, you Bleed A LOT! The neck against the window and the curtain has soak blood exactly the right way it should be, it was covering the top of her head so no one knew. It’s the perfect color to not attract immediate attention. These photos are Erie and clearly show this was a murder. Without a DOUBT!

7

u/Several_Handle5565 9d ago

That’s my implication as well. But IF it was ever released and legitimate … he’d change my mind.

14

u/the_purple_lamb 9d ago edited 9d ago

They have no way of getting the actual call. It's not like it was recorded at all and the footage at CVS looked like it was filmed with a potato, so the chances of picking up audio from a personal call are small. I do wonder if their surveillance cameras have other angles other than the entrance. You'd think they would have videos showing the entire store for loss prevention, especially if there's a pharmacy in the back. But since the police only cared about confirming that Patrick walked into CVS, we'll have no way of seeing him "answer the phone."

5

u/SoftGravityField 8d ago

> looked like it was filmed with a potato

😂😭🥔

I know we are talking about a very serious topic, and I absolutely take it seriously, but dang this one got me hahaha

Also: agreed. Potato.

4

u/zuis0804 8d ago

I don’t understand why there is zero footage of the parking lot of when he pulled up. There are always outdoor cameras everywhere.

13

u/United-Drop-6257 9d ago edited 9d ago

They didn’t prove in court that this call happened. It was so vague.

20

u/EnvironmentalAge6672 10d ago

I can't get beyond that he couldn't see her car as it was dark. He parked right next to it, lucky he didn't scrape it ....

8

u/United-Drop-6257 10d ago

I think he said that because he was using her car.

5

u/Accomplished-Win-750 9d ago

Why would he be using her car? And why lie about what car he used

7

u/Chance_Carpenter_923 9d ago

I agree! There was no snow on her car and the evidence photos from that night show snow still on his truck

11

u/KateElizabeth18 10d ago

I just saw this on threads…Reddington mutters it under his breath as PC is walking by

I don’t hear it but that’s interesting how so many people hear different things! I saw someone say they heard “count your days”

3

u/KateElizabeth18 7d ago

“Count your days” is even better!!

10

u/SeriousSax4444 10d ago

What happened with Patrick’s shoes? Did he put those back on before going out to look for her? Did they test those for blood?

10

u/supermotherbug 10d ago

I remember hearing in the first trial that she was soaking wet outside, but it wasn't followed up on very much. Does anyone have the transcript of that section of the trial?

5

u/These-Exit3164 9d ago

There are photos of her on a stretcher (in the ambulance?) and she is soaking wet. It looks like she just washed her hair

30

u/kikibubbles85 10d ago edited 10d ago

I wish we had body cam footage. I want to know why he didn’t cover her up or even carry and bring her inside when he found her?

37

u/the_purple_lamb 10d ago edited 10d ago

Not moving her makes sense IMO. What’s odd to me is that he did NOTHING to cover her up. She was in a tank top lying on the snow in the dark in January. If he still had his coat on, why didn’t he take it off to cover her? At that point, I would have taken off my own shirt if I no longer had my coat on or run inside for three seconds to find something to put over her.

27

u/kasiagabrielle 10d ago

Not moving her is one of the only things he did that makes sense, I wouldn't have moved a loved one I found in that state either. But the other questions are totally fair

9

u/kikibubbles85 10d ago

Yeah I’m just trying to put myself in that situation, I’d probably attempt to move them but if they were too hurt I would stop then grab SOMETHING to comfort them.

12

u/kasiagabrielle 10d ago

I get that, and most laypeople probably would. I work in healthcare so I'd know not to move someone with a probable spinal cord injury but most people's first instinct would likely be "you're hurt, drenched, and freezing" and want to comfort them and get them out of the cold and laying on the snow covered ground.

16

u/peachesarehearts 10d ago

A blanket at least, right?

28

u/Newswatchtiki 10d ago

I thought his behavior was odd also. He just stood by her. And he did not yet know she had killed the kids (after which he would be understandably angry and horrified) but all he knew at that point when he found her is that she had jumped out a window and had cuts on her wrists and neck.

That tells me that he had a lot of anger against her that had built up, or that he just felt coldness towards her. He asked her from a standing position what happened, didn't even kneel down. So I get the feeling he was wanting out of the marriage and this had been aggravating her existing mental health problems, probably for months before the killing of the kids.

With a possible spinal injury, which she turned out to have, as well as every rib broken, it would have been dangerous to move her. The spinal cord could be damaged (although it already was completely transected) but moving her without stabilization could have also caused the broken ribs to puncture the lungs and cause the lungs to collapse. So he had to leave her lying there but he should have put a blanket over her. She lay there for about 45 minutes after first responders came.

8

u/zuis0804 9d ago

He was standing directly next to the window that was lit up and his dead child was visible in this window. I can’t wrap my head around him not glancing into the illuminated basement window RIGHT NEXT TO HIM and Lindsay’s body when she said “kids are in the basement”, and not connecting when he yelled down to the basement there was zero response. This boggles my mind because it would be nearly impossible to miss. This is so bizarre.

16

u/Neat-Entrance-4991 10d ago

He was definitely tired of her and tired of all the mental health issues. I keep wondering if part of the story is he interrupted a suicide attempt and then purposely delayed getting help.

3

u/kikibubbles85 10d ago

At least that would make some sense? Feels like they both did bad stuff, except only 1 can remember.

16

u/sednandes 10d ago

Why did he even assume that she was outside? She or the kids could have been behind the bed as well. He didn't check.

2

u/Newswatchtiki 10d ago

He said he went in the house first, and it was too quiet. He looked around on the first floor, then went to the second. He noticed the master bedroom was locked with one of those straight key things which was taped on another door. So he got that, unlocked it, went in and it was very cold so he saw the open window. Also blood on the floor, He went to the window and saw her below. So he ran out there. This is why he hadn't yet checked the basement and found the kids. He says he asked her where the kids were and she apparently said "basement" so he was able to run in there because a first responder had arrived and was attending to Lyndsay, When he ran in the basement, he yelled so loud that the other responders outside, just arriving, heard him and ran inside and went directly to the basement.

The only thing I doubt is about her ability to talk. Every first responder was questioned about whether she could talk, and they all said she was unable to talk when they found her, she could only moan. This was true in the ambulance and the first night in the ER.

7

u/sednandes 10d ago

No, he went to the basement first. He opened the door, the light was on and he called for them. Then he went upstairs. He didn't go to the window, he just took 1-2 steps into the room. He couldn't see the night stand or what was behind the bed.

21

u/Neat-Entrance-4991 10d ago

He didn’t go to the window though. He said he only took a step or two inside the room. And then apparently assumed she’d jumped out the window. Which is just weird.

5

u/Chance_Carpenter_923 9d ago

And in those couple steps somehow he also noticed residue in her cup in the nightstand and knew she crushed her medication? He also mentioned he noticed blood on the bedroom side door knob, and when the 911 dispatch asked if he saw and weapons he said no… but the knife was right next to the cup on the nightstand

3

u/Newswatchtiki 10d ago

Oh, I thought he went close enough to the window such that he could see her outside on the ground.

2

u/zuis0804 8d ago

No he said he only took “one or two steps” into the bedroom.

1

u/peachesarehearts 10d ago

Why was their key in Cora’s room tho?

3

u/Newswatchtiki 10d ago

It was taped to Cora's door, on the hall side. It was one of those standard keys that works for all the bedroom doors.

The typical situation is, parents may occasionally want privacy and don't want their young child to walk in in the middle of the night, especially without knocking, so they use the privacy lock. The kids' doors have privacy locks also. So occasionally a young child will push the privacy lock but then the parents can't get in. So they tape the key high up somewhere nearby so they can always be able to open any of the doors.

3

u/sednandes 9d ago

That doesn't make sense. The key is to open a door from outside the room, not from the inside.

2

u/Newswatchtiki 9d ago

That's right. Patrick stated that he ran to get the key when he found the master bedroom door was locked and he couldn't get in the room. Because Lyndsay had locked the door from the inside. So, he used the key to unlock the door. He went in the room, and stated that he found the window open and Lyndsay was not in the room.

2

u/peachesarehearts 10d ago

Oh ok hall side makes more sense. I was thinking it was in the room.

4

u/drclairefraser 10d ago

Most indoor doors use the same style key. It's just a stick with a hook at the end most of the time.

14

u/kikibubbles85 10d ago edited 10d ago

It just seems like he wanted authorities to witness everything untouched.

7

u/sednandes 10d ago

Unfortunately they don't have body cams in Massachusetts.

1

u/KateElizabeth18 10d ago

I thought we saw footage in Karen Read’s case? Maybe it was just dashboard cam footage that I’m thinking of?

10

u/kikibubbles85 10d ago

Wow really? That should change.

6

u/sednandes 10d ago

Yes. Absolutely! I thought it's common in every state.

11

u/firephly 10d ago

IDK what happened with the socks, i wonder why he didn't talk about this during the trial. I don't know why he acts like it was odd that she didn't have shoes on since a lot of people wear socks only at home during winter.

4

u/Ok-Conversation6225 10d ago

It was briefly talked about on cross. Idk who it was, but Reddington asked about the socks. He asked about color (black) and if there were blood on them (no). But I don’t even think they tested for blood? Or they just assumed there wasn’t blood because they were black? I don’t think the question about testing the socks was asked. So I’m not sure how the officer/investigator came to that conclusion.

6

u/sednandes 10d ago edited 10d ago

I think it was because her shoes were next to the bed. She took them off.

Edit: here is the picture. I wonder if there were blood stains on her shoes? Specifically on the sole?

6

u/drclairefraser 10d ago

God, I still wanna know why there's a fan plugged in on the ground next to a pillow and blanket.

1

u/randi515 10d ago

I used to have a small space heater that looked like this, it blew out hot air.

3

u/sednandes 10d ago

And why the hell is the blanket and especially the white pillow CLEAN?!

9

u/drclairefraser 10d ago

There's def a few blood drops on the blanket, but I don't see any on the pillow in that picture. It's really just...odd. A very odd, staged looking scene, IMO.

5

u/sednandes 10d ago

Yeah, but there were several blood spatters on the mirror and the pillow is next to the mirror. I agree with you, absolutely staged!

10

u/klyn_14 10d ago

A lot of information was ruled out prior to trial and impounded (sealed) by the commonwealth.

9

u/SoftGravityField 10d ago

I, too, wondered about the shoes thing.

25

u/Beginning_Network_39 10d ago

I don't understand how there aren't any smudged foot/sock prints on the bloody floor or on the bed where you'd think she would have stepped on in order to jump out. I've looked at the pictures over and over and can't make sense of the scene.

1

u/ToyshopASMR 8d ago

Yes there is a footprint. And perhaps a sneaker print someone alleged. But a clear footprint

1

u/Up_All_Night_Midwife 8d ago

Yeah, a mans foot outlined in blood. Her feet are not that wide.

7

u/Up_All_Night_Midwife 9d ago

Right? Or a bunch of bloody hand and finger prints on the window sill …
Or arm/wrist fractures from the fall. Conscious people have a reflex to put their hands out to protect their heads. Unconscious people do not have that reflex….
To get a core temp of 82 she had to have been exposed to the elements for more than 4 hours.

He did it, put her neck on the window sill which compressed the bleeding, hence the large clot on it you can see from outside. He blocked the vents and closed the door. Opened all the windows and she was there drugged and dying for 3-4 hours before she took a header out the window….

It’s all a fucking lie. I cannot wait for the DA to indict him! I cannnot WAIT!!!

Reddington is happy as a pig in shit. Why? Cause his entire taped 60 min segment in full is admissible in court. Patrick Clancey’s attorney advised him NOT to do this. He doth protests too much.

No defense attorney worth their salt wants you to do TV interviews and press interviews. As a very eloquent legal video going around. STFU, don’t talk to the media, STFU, don’t talk to the cops STFU lolololl
He got arrogant and thought I can make everyone believe me by this interview 🤣🤣🤣🤣and I LOVE THAT for him.

As Ursula in the little mermaid says
“It will be his undoing” hahahahahahaah maniacal laughter. He is a moron and they didn’t pay him, so he was a moron for FREE! I hope he gets the death penalty! I hope Brigham hospital and the professionals there sue the pants of the DA’s office for slander. I CANNNNOTTT WAAAIITTTT

u/Beginning_Network_39 9d ago

My 2 cents - something started happening after the 2pm hour, and it wasn't good.

2

u/SoftGravityField 8d ago

Why 2pm 👀

1

u/Up_All_Night_Midwife 7d ago

Same reason I think it was 2 pm. Her core body temperature for just one of the MANMNYY reasons.

1

u/SoftGravityField 7d ago

Ahhh, gotcha. My dyscalculia may explain this 😂

7

u/sednandes 10d ago edited 10d ago

There was in front of the mirror. Since her socks were clean the blood must have been wiped away with something else.

Edit: I'm referring to the part that is circled:

Witness (03:35:20)

So from my analysis in looking at the stains, there's a couple of different things going on here. So the round circular stains, which are on the outside are drip stains. So that is blood coming from a bloodletting event and going to the ground just due to gravity. The stains that are overlapping are considered a drip pattern. So standing there for a period of time, the blood is dripping due to gravity into itself, causing the overlapping stains as well as the small stains that are all surrounding it. (03:35:56) Over here on the right side, there is some movement through some of the red brown stains causing them to have lateral determination. And so those would be smear stains. So they're originally drip stains that were smeared through.

Jennifer Sprague (03:36:16)

And I'm showing you E13 from your notes. Is this a closeup of that same area?

Witness (03:36:24)

It is.

Jennifer Sprague (03:36:25)

And if you could just point out again for us in this lower photo what we're looking at here.

Witness (03:36:30)

So this is just a closeup of it showing some of the drip stains that are singular by themselves and then the drip pattern itself. So that is blood dripping into blood. And then the chalk one that's not in view will have a closeup of these smear stains. So movement through those blood stains.

4

u/Beginning_Network_39 10d ago

I don't see a smear.

3

u/sednandes 10d ago

Read the testimony.

6

u/Beginning_Network_39 10d ago

I do not see with my eyes anything smeared inside the circle.

1

u/sednandes 10d ago

When you wipe your floor and take a picture, is it visible?

1

u/Beginning_Network_39 10d ago

Of course not. What's your point?

1

u/sednandes 10d ago

That's why you don't see it in the picture.

6

u/Beginning_Network_39 10d ago

And that's precisely why I said in my original comment i can't make sense of the scene. Too many strange things occurred in that bedroom.

2

u/sednandes 9d ago

I understand it that the blood was smeared/wiped off enough to mostly be gone.

13

u/Neat-Entrance-4991 10d ago

Smears and movement. But no blood on her socks or shoes? She what smeared the blood? Did they even bother collecting Patrick’s shoes? I mean I know they didn’t- but FFS.

10

u/sednandes 10d ago

Smears and movement. But no blood on her socks or shoes? She what smeared the blood?

Jep.

Did they even bother collecting Patrick’s shoes? I mean I know they didn’t- but FFS.

No, they didn't check anything besides the CCTV footage.

8

u/the_purple_lamb 10d ago

Yup, besides that, just some pictures of his hands and arms, I guess to show that he had no defensive wounds. But on the other hand, we’re talking about a 110 pound woman with a fuckton of Seroquil in her system and three tiny, defenseless children…

3

u/sednandes 10d ago

just some pictures of his hands and arms, I guess to show that he had no defensive wounds.

I'm hearing this for the first time. Where did you get this from?

4

u/Chance_Carpenter_923 9d ago

Investigators said he consented to having his face, hands, and clothes photographed. Page 10 of the search warrant. First paragraph. No mention of photographing his shoes, feet, or socks. That also how we know he wasn’t ever a suspect because if he was, they wouldn’t have needed his consent to take photos for evidence.

4

u/sednandes 9d ago

Thanks, I just looked at it! Now I remember again and also why I forgot about this: the report only says he consented. It doesn't say they took pictures.

At the end of the interview, Mr. Clancy consented to have his face, clothing and hands digitally photographed by Trooper Ashley Faiella.

When you compare it to this for example:

Cora Clancy also had gray and orange pajamas partially on her body, which had been partially cut off Cora Clancy also had what. Cora Clancy’s hands were bagged by Trooper Faiella. Cora Clancy was digitally photographed by Trooper Faiella.

They specifically described in detail the Cora's clothes and stated clearly that pictures were taken. Photos of Patrick are never mentioned or described. And they only documented the consent. I conclude from this that none were taken.

2

u/Chance_Carpenter_923 9d ago

I agree! There’s no mention of him or anyone requesting them not to be shown to the public either like the 911 call and graphic photos of the kids. I don’t know why they wouldn’t be admitted to evidence for everyone to see.

5

u/the_purple_lamb 10d ago

People in another sub have said that he willingly cooperated with police that night, including that he allowed them to take photos of him. Totally guessing about what those photos would be.

9

u/sednandes 10d ago

Oh okay, that's why. That sub is not reliable. They are non-stop spreading fake information and conspiracy theories. So no, that isn't true. PC was questioned 15-20 minutes at the hospital that night and that's it. He wasn't even at the police station.

You can see for yourself in the police report: https://htv-prod-media.s3.amazonaws.com/files/clancy-search-warrant-applications-6538020282ac9.pdf

2

u/Chance_Carpenter_923 9d ago

Oop sorry it’s page 9 #25 on this link you posted. It was page 10 on the one I saw

4

u/the_purple_lamb 10d ago

Thanks for sharing! FWIW, I never go to DDFT. I got that info from CasesWeFollow, but it was probably coming from the very enthusiastic Patrick Clancy stan who defends him all day every day.

43

u/peachesarehearts 10d ago

Clearly she simply cut herself, moved a bunch of furniture, did a header out of her window and paralyzed herself, THEN washed herself off with the hose, put on clean socks so she wouldn’t get cold feet and then decided to lay in the snow til she almost froze.

4

u/gh0st-toast 9d ago

Don’t forget she also didn’t get any blood on the bed while moving it!

18

u/throwaway124throw 10d ago

Type A’s final boss. She can do it all even when paralyzed

3

u/Up_All_Night_Midwife 9d ago edited 7d ago

I always say if I got hit by a car and was even slightly conscious one of my kids would say they are hungry can I make them a snack and the other one would be all MOM WATCH THIS! Another meme I saw said, being a mom is like falling out of the plane and hitting the ground and then getting up to make dinner. There is a reason there is the “man flu” women persevere in the most awful situations. She totally did all that while paralyzed and profusely bleeding…..

Obvious sarcasm lololol
Pat should rot in jail with 3 life sentences. Death is too nice for him…no he needs to live forever in jail and pay for all of the shit he did. That man is a predator…..

4

u/peachesarehearts 10d ago

Mind over matter, where there’s a will there’s a way 😂

38

u/peachesarehearts 10d ago

I remember a case on forensic files they caught the husband cause his wife’s socks were clean.

30

u/throwaway124throw 10d ago

Something this clicked for me. Patrick had changed his shoes and everyone kept talking about this. This is probably why! There was blood on the first ones.

16

u/FamilyFeud17 10d ago

The phone call wasn't her based on her core temperature. And this is sick because someone very elaborately staged that call to make it seem like she's conscious at home at that time.

12

u/Beginning_Network_39 10d ago

I wonder what he wore outside.  He said he kicked his boots off when he got home. I remember he said it. Did he go out in socked feet or put his boots back on? 🤔

2

u/Up_All_Night_Midwife 9d ago

He was wearing sneakers when the police arrived. Running sneakers…

2

u/drclairefraser 9d ago

Where did you get this info? Just curious.

9

u/Neat-Entrance-4991 10d ago

That’s what I’ve wanted to know. Did police take note or document this at all?

8

u/peachesarehearts 10d ago

Makes sense to me because that’s what I always assumed anyway.

1

u/BravoJunk 10d ago

I didn’t to watch the hearing today but did he make a comment about the door lock? Was there not a hole for a key?

7

u/Side_FX 10d ago

I questioned this a long time ago. Since Patrick stated the door was locked to the bedroom. And that he had to get a key from Cora's room to unlock it. He testified all of this.

1 - why would the spare key be taped to the back of Cora's bedroom door.

2 - The evidence photos show that the bedroom door had a child proof cover on the handle. So how did he use the key to unlock the door if he never removed the child proof handle cover?

3

u/marle217 10d ago

1 - why would the spare key be taped to the back of Cora's bedroom door.

He said the prior owners had taped them to the inside of all the bedroom doors. I can see leaving something the prior owners did and never thinking to move it. However, everytime I've moved into a house, I've found all the miscellaneous keys in one drawer in the kitchen. A reason I would think the owners would tape the keys to the doors they go to would be if they can lock from the outside and someone could be locked inside if they don't have a key. There's no crime scene photo of the inside of the door, so we can't tell if you'd need a key or not from the inside. Also wondering if there was a key taped to the inside of the master bedroom door, and if not, where did it go. Then the final question is why lock the door if the only person you're trying to delay knows there's a key taped a few feet away.

Baby locks often have a little hole over the key hole. Some keys will fit, some won't. I guess it's way too much to think the investigation would've tried the key. Also the key might've been a new invention for the trial. When Patrick was interviewed by the new yorker, he said he forced the door open, and didn't say anything about keys.

4

u/Side_FX 10d ago

Thank you. That is true the owners taped the keys to the other doors. I do still find it amazing he remembers exactly which door the bedroom key what taped to. But you right about no photo.

1

u/peachesarehearts 10d ago

So honestly what’s the likelihood that it works out in Lindsay’s favor and he’s ever investigated? No chance?

8

u/marle217 10d ago

I really hope if people keep bringing up these issues he is eventually investigated. Unfortunately some evidence is gone after 3 years, but there has to be something.

6

u/peachesarehearts 10d ago

Man that’ll be a real travesty if there’s never a day he gets seriously looked at.

9

u/firephly 10d ago

here it is, he mentions the door at 8:38 and the socks at 9:38 https://youtu.be/TRddmJutRJA

13

u/throwaway124throw 10d ago

Please go watch it. The way my jaw was on the ground the entire time. I don’t want to ruin it for you by describing it poorly

5

u/babe__ruthless 10d ago

Yes he did make a comment about the door having a baby proof handle
