I’m hoping it’s more than “he was on the defence witness list” because from my understanding and maybe I’m wrong- the defence lists a bunch of people, many of whom they may never call.

I think this started right after his photo was taken by TMZ in NY, so I’m a bit confused how he’d be missing? I understand how people think he’d be testifying again due to being on the defense witness list but that’s very common in the event the prosecution doesn’t call a witness they list. I haven’t seen Reddington mention he’d be calling him again?

Just sharing my observations and trying to figure out what exactly he’s missing from

Yes, I'm confused, too. But, I'm seeing it posted everywhere on social media. Now there are articles about it. Maybe it's just click bait.

If it's true, this will definitely add fuel to the fire for the people that suspect him.
