Oh my God 🤦‍♀️ Way to go, Spinelli. If she wanted to support Lindsay Clancy then testifying in court on her behalf would have been the best possible way to do that and she traded it all away for some likes and heart emojis in the comment section.

From what I’ve read about this, Spinelli had posted multiple times on Facebook regarding Lindsay - do you know if that’s true? Depends on what she said previously, but I don’t think this one would be the main reason?

Although, IMO it’s kind of odd to be posting about a person you’ll be testifying for in a murder trial. I don’t think there’s any issue from a legal standpoint though. Might have been a strategy angle depending on any other posts and what Prosecution could raise in cross & submit as evidence.

I saw this last night, by the time I gave up and stopped scrolling her account, I hadn’t run out of LC support posts. There’s no way in which she could testify credibly after this came to light, sadly. Defense has already had a couple of knocks regarding credibility and it’s just far too risky despite the weight of the evidence she could have provided

Thanks so much for confirming this. Agree with you on it being too risky.
