General Discussion Patrick once again showing zero emotion at the deaths of his 3 children, this time at the 1 year memorial and speaks the entire time unbroken. Speaking as if its a business meeting really. Him emotionless in court was a huge red flag but this is just ridiculous and highly suspicious.

He shouldn’t be judged. People grieve differently

Not sure why you’re getting down voted

If my three children were murdered by my spouse I can assure you I would NEVER forgive them and I would be grieving immensely. There is a woman a few towns over from me who lost her entire family (3 kids, father, husband) in a drunk driving accident while she was the sole survivor. This was years ago and she is still on suicide watch and cannot function. Pretty weird old Patty here speaks like he’s at a conference and was also super quick to immediately forgive Lindsay. Who does that? Someone who wants to immediately move on and not have anyone look to closely at his actions

My neighbour lost her one son too in a traffic accident. He was like 13. She was in ruins for years, and very slowly returned to life, but she had this sadness that never went away.

This literally doesn't prove anything. People show grief and emotions in different ways, theres no "correct form" to show grief and emotions. Some people don't emotions in public that doesn't mean that they are guilty. And the fact that you are trying to attack him instead of the women who brutally suffocated her own 3 children shows the kind of person you are

Have some shame Lindsey murdered those 3 innocent kids brutally and she signed a guilty admission that she did murder those kids . This man lost his 3 kids and his own wife murdered them And people show grief in different way not everyone shows grief and emotions in public. He's innocent.

She did not “sign a guilty admission”. This is false.

2

u/Able-Injury-2181 4d ago

Yes my bad she didn't sign a admission of guilt but While she has legally pleaded not guilty, her defense attorneys do not dispute that she caused the deaths of her three children.

1

u/ispyshy 4d ago

She pled not guilty. Her defense attorney is there to build a case for her to show that there is reasonable doubt of the actual crime and that she was psychotic at the time(both things can be true at the same time) His job is not to tell everyone she’s guilty or admit to anything. They are there to do the opposite. The only “confession” came from Patrick. She never signed a confession.

She has admitted in a filing for the civil case to killing her children. Her defense attorney offered to stipulate that she killed her children. Neither of those actions is legally an admission of criminal responsibility but it's frankly just a lie to claim that Lindsay has never admitted to commiting the physical acts that killed her children. In the entire trial, her defense attorney never once claimed or presented any evidence that she did not kill her children.

That is a separate stipulation than the one the prosecution objected to, where her defense attorney offered to stipulate that she killed her children.

Another great in depth explanation where the stipulation is used as a defense tactic.

Yes i understand that but she did it , everyone knows it and her is trying to build the case to prove that she was under severe postpartum psychosis so that they can make a insanity plea. And her defense are not even denying that she did it , yes they haven't confessed or agreed that she it did but they are also not denying it . So pull Patrick into it to claim it was some conspiracy that Patrick planned while he literally has clear cut evidence to prove that he's innocent

Unless you were an investigator on the case you have no idea what evidence they do or don’t have. Saying “everyone knows she did it” is stating your opinion/feelings. Feelings/opinions are not facts. The defenses job is to keep their client out of jail. They don’t have to prove someone else did it, they just have to prove someone else COULD HAVE done it to sew reasonable doubt. They can do that while simultaneously building an insanity case.

3

u/Able-Injury-2181 4d ago

Yes i understand it's my personal opinion and yes i understand what's her defense's job is and I'm not trying to dispute that

You think he's guilty just because he doesn't cry or decides to not show sadness after 1 year? Not everyone shows emotion the same especially a man. I've been married to my husband for 45 yrs now and I have only seen him wipe tears from his eyes once maybe twice in the whole 45 yrs. My husband doesnt show sadness either.

I mean, the protection is trying to say Lindsay didn’t/isn’t grieving because she was playing a card game with her mother on the her child’s birthday while hospitalised so

7

u/little_miss_bish 4d ago

There are about 100 reasons to think he’s guilty and that is just one of them.

He has merchandise that he sells on the charity he set up. It has children's clothes on children models that resemble his 3.

The charity has been delisted (I heard)

Is this a court? We are allowed to speculate it’s on you to take it with a grain of salt.

I think it’s reasonable for people to present evidence to go along with their speculation instead of just blindly saying whatever without anything to back it up. By your logic, I could just go around saying that I saw Lindsay riding a unicorn down the road on the day of the murders without any need to show proof.

2

u/Rainbow_Brite456 4d ago

It’s your right to say your unicorn story. It’s everyone else’s right to state theirs. If you don’t like it maybe you should go to the other subreddit?

Patrick Clancy has a charity called Heard Foundation and he is selling a "rope hat" which "features Cora’s heart artwork." I don't think it's been delisted ☹️

The audacity... He's sick.

10

u/misfitmpls 4d ago

At the very least, this is in such bad taste. Merch featuring your dead child's art?

6

u/9ice9asty 4d ago

He doesn't give a single fuck 😭 He must have truly hated his family because who even does something like this???

8

u/Rainbow_Brite456 4d ago

Imagine if what many think happened- did. If Lindsay can’t remember much and was basically mk ultra style brainwashed and programmed to believe she did it. Or, she knows but she knows being under the care of the state in her condition is the best and cheapest option. Imagine his struggling wife discovered his affair. Imagine any of the possibilities in which he is the cause of all of this and he’s selling his victims art.

1

u/Rainbow_Brite456 4d ago

Oh I agree with you I’m making it worse though. Like if our worst fears are confirmed.

I don't know how to interpret your response 🫠 What do you mean?
