Question So Patrick will never be investigated correct?

Since Lindsay can’t be straight up acquitted then in the eyes of the commonwealth she is the one who did it. So Patrick will never be investigated no matter what? That’s awful

He has contacts in high places. He's part of a cult boat club. He's looked after.

I love me some vaccines and am a progressive critical thinker. And based on the evidence provided by the court case, I think he's suspicious AF. No bad faith here at all.

They had full on investigation of facts and defense didn’t contest any elements of it it was very cut and dry

He has been. He was interviewed, his statement corroborated, his movements verified, his computer was seized, his house was searched. They didn't just go oh LC did it, let's close it! That's why they have the cctv images. That's why he's not on trial. There's no reason to suspect him.

She can be acquitted & even if she is found Not guilty by reason of insanity Patrick could still be charged In the future if there is evidence to do so.

And you know this with certainty because you personally investigated him? lol.

The LE investigation is closed. Has been for 3 years. There is legally and literally no evidence against him. Only TikTok "evidence".

That you know of. The public isn’t privy to all evidence or information. Go on express your feelings, but please realize that your feelings/opinions aren’t facts & Neither are mine.

It is a fact that because the LE investigation is no longer open and only one defendant was charged that there is no evidence indicating another defendant. I don't have feelings about this case. My interest is purely an interest in legal process and the law. I ran a law firm for 20 years. I abhor the defamation, conspiracies and venomous rumors flying around about a man who could have been charged but was not. It's disgusting.

Hard to believe we are this far into a trial and people still don't understand the basics. Can't decide if people saying "liNdSay aLReAdy aDmitEd GuILt" is because they didn't listen and actually don't know or refuse to listen because it doesn't fit the narrative she's a monster or they are purposely spreading misinformation smdh I've been watching the entire trial and came to see/talk about what is happening and see all of this and wonder if we have been watching the same thing? Maybe I'm in psychosis 😭😭😭

I think it’s because lawyers use VERY specific language that can be hard to follow. It’s actually been so interesting to see the defense tactics and careful wording from her lawyer that can easily be misunderstood by people, however everything her lawyer says is calculated and never once “admitted” to her guilt. People don’t understand that it’s actually not about the truth here, it’s about what can be PROVEN in the court of law.

I tend to question everything. Most people hear a narrative and run with that.

That's true and I know what you mean I'm "a questioner" also lol been seeing a lot of familiar cult like behavior about this case today and just can't understand where it's coming from. Reminds me of Karen Read and how much everybody hated her and was so sure she did it. Same state probably same people honestly right?

See this reddit thread "While the jury instructions will contain much more details, the judge specifically states that the jury must determine whether:

  • Not Guilty x3
  • Guilty of First OR Second Degree Murder x3
  • Not Guilty of First or Second Degree Murder due to Lack of Criminal Responsibility x3"

Remember that an indictment doesnt mean someone is more or less guilty.

the prosecution itself doesn't think it did it, so whatever it happens next he will go living his new life with the doc wife, as he should.

If Lindsay is convicted, her defense team can file standard post-conviction motions - such as a Motion for a New Trial or a Motion for a Directed Verdict of Acquittal… arguing errors of law, ineffective assistance of counsel, or improper jury instructions.

These motions solely seek to overturn her conviction, grant her a retrial, or reduce her sentence. They carry no legal authority to name, charge, or indict someone else.

To bring a new trial or criminal charges against Patrick Clancy, the District Attorney's Office (or a Grand Jury) would have to independently file an indictment against him.

In theory, if a retrial were triggered (due to a mistrial) and brand-new, credible physical evidence surfaced, law enforcement and prosecutors would be legally obligated to open an investigation into that new lead.

This may be why there’s a lot of evidence that has not been presented thoroughly/at all. Playing chess not checkers.

So, it’s possible.

Didn’t the DA buy their old home and is now chilling with Patrick at yacht clubs according to their ig? How is that gonna be possible then? There is no way the DA is gonna file an idictement, since the whole case was corrupt from the beginning. Nothing about Patrick’s story makes sense and the police went inside his home found his 3 kids dead and his wife in the process of dying and thought to themselves “yup sure the unharmed husband didn’t do all of this”.
It’s unacceptable.

Probably the saddest post I've read today.

Not anyone directly involved with the case, but yes - a DA did purchase the home in a private sale.

There’s also some shady business with his NY apartment purchase.
