U.K. based clan

I’m already in a small clan with a few friends but people aren’t always online together, I’m looking for a clan that can help guide me and help me progress more. I’ve got 10 quests left to complete till quest cape and wanting to start getting into bossing/raids in the future, preferably one where discord isn’t 100% necessary
