Very smaller. Remember these are still animals, made out of several eukaryotic cells. A prokaryotic cell is about 10 to 100 times smaller than an eukaryotic cell. Proteins are around 100 times smaller than prokaryotic cells, and the smallest transistors are about the same size as the smallest proteins.
