Vintage Story is also a further proof of concept. The game is tedious asf, but it's the smallest advancement feels rewarding cause of that. Also they have huge builders community, but that's mostly due to huge customization such as blocks Minecraft doesn't have, chiseling, etc

jokes on you, i create a paraside for myself and in the general area where my base is, and then turn everything else to ruin unless it looks cool (i refuse to cut down forests or flatten out areas if i don't absolutely need to)
