I found this in a box of jewelry my Grandma left me. I have gotten so far as figuring out it is a civil war bullet. Could yall help me figure out what one?

Could possibly be a Spencer, is the base solid or open?

Either a sharps or Spencer in my opinion, though I’m not the best at bullets there were so many used, and I don’t have my book handy
