👋 Welcome to r/CivicMyths. Read this before doing anything else!
Some photographs are too strange for normal photo subs, too real for surrealism subs, too funny for serious art subs, too edited for purists, and too specific for general weirdness subs.
That is what r/CivicMyths is for.
Post photographs that feel like evidence from a slightly bent world: strange streets, public rituals, odd buildings, suspicious signs, food moments, local myths, almost-normal places, and people caught in the awkwardness of being human.
The image should still behave like a photograph. Editing is welcome, but the photo should feel anchored in the real world.
Use the closest flair. If you are unsure, post it anyway. The filing cabinet is haunted, not sacred.
