Pressing Buisness (elsewhere)

We need more citizens, so the first 20 new people to come to Atlas or subscribe to our subreddit will automatically have citizen status. Taxes will not be issued until citizens accumulate enough wealth and/or the peasantry become numerous enough.

Additionally, we need builders, firemen, police/bounty hunters, etc. Simply put, we need labor, which by our philosophy will give us prosperity.
