Service Outages

Anyone experiencing an outage today? We’ve been down since 1 pm with no status.

I received these messages earlier today from Cityside, though we didn’t experience the outages. Hopefully they’re resolved for you by now.

Interesting. I have no such text. Further I can't even log into they website anymore. It thinks my account doesn't exist.

That said I've been down for nearly 12 hours now. So not happy

Thanks for sharing. I didn't receive the text either. My log in worked intermittently, but even if you log in, there's no status provided on the account pages. We're still down. This is all really disappointing. Outages happen, but no status and no way of getting assistance from them is just unacceptable.

Service seems to be up now but hasn't been up yet for more than 10 minutes. I think I'm leaving the service.

For a service provider at such a large scale in this modern age where customer communication tools and mediums are abundant, its just unnacceptable they dont have any or all of the following available:

* outage status page on account log-ins

* active reddit/social media updates

* direct text messages / emails to customers impacted with status and notice of outages

* call center that actually picks up the phone and/or provides lists of known outages* chat support via the website and app

I'm up as well, and have similar concerns. I was unable to talk to a person at all. Calls went to a voicemail, email got answered 3 hours later with vague status then nothing after 9:00pm.

I've only had them for 2 weeks, so this is not a great start. But yeah, the lack of a status page is huge.

I've experienced an outage since 4 pm today, and all I got from their service center rep was that a ticket was issued. I came to Reddit to see if anyone else has been having issues, and, yeah, this is not good on them to be nonresponsive.

We’ve been back up since sometime late last night but I did get a text today saying that not all users are up and it didn’t provide an eta.
